- Promote HR exchanges, information exchanges and hosting of seminars in the vocational training sector between two
countries
- Dispatch experts and operate trainings and regular workshops as part of the programs for vocational training support
of three Southeast Asian countries (Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia) as the Korea-Germany Cooperation Program
Korea-UAE Cooperation Program
- Dispatch experts in skills competition and provide consulting services for building of partnerships for operation of skills
    competition; operate trainings for managers of the UAE skills Olympics office; and operate invitation trainings for
    participants of the skills Olympics and vocational instructors
- Operate local consulting services and invitation trainings on vocational skills standard and certification systems for
   building of partnerships for the certification system development
Korea-Mongolia Cooperation Program
- Operate invitation trainings for public officials and vocational training experts of Mongolia for reinforcement of
cooperation in certification and vocational training areas
